Would like to do rc release for v0.7 as there have been many changes, including to the CI pipeline. This makes sure that a tag like
v0.7.0-rc1doesn't overwritelatest/rootlesstags on release. Dockerfile release file already seems to take this into an account.Signed-off-by: Tonis Tiigi tonistiigi@gmail.com
