To stick to the ~3mo release cycle we should try to release in the next week or so. I say we shoot for cutting the release Monday August 7th, which would mean all PRs should be in sometime this week.
I've gone ahead and bumped a bunch of 1.5-milestoned issues and PRs to 1.6. I left in the 1.5 ones that I think we can and should get done this week, but don't think any of them are really blockers.
Everyone feel free to look at the issues/PRs in 1.5, the ones I bumped to 1.6, as well as issues/PRs with no milestone and feel free to mark them for 1.5 if you think we can get them in by Friday. If you think it might take longer than Friday but think they should be a blocker for release, please also comment that in the relevant issue/PR!
