What changes are proposed in this pull request?

This PR removes the experiment type selector from experiment pages and replaces experiment kind logic to use the global WorkflowType context instead of reading from experiment tags. When workflow-based navigation is enabled, experiment kind is now derived from the global workflow type rather than per-experiment tags.

Key changes:

  • Hide experiment kind selector in ExperimentView and ExperimentPageTabs when feature flag is enabled
  • Create useExperimentKind hook that returns experiment kind from WorkflowType context (when enabled) or falls back to tags
  • Update all React components to use useExperimentKind instead of getExperimentKindFromTags
  • Short-circuit useInferExperimentKind hook when feature flag is enabled
  • Auto-set experiment kind tag in CreateExperimentModal based on current workflow type

How is this PR tested?

  • Existing unit/integration tests
  • New unit/integration tests
  • Manual tests
