This PR removes the experiment type selector from experiment pages and replaces experiment kind logic to use the global
WorkflowTypecontext instead of reading from experiment tags. When workflow-based navigation is enabled, experiment kind is now derived from the global workflow type rather than per-experiment tags.Key changes:
