What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Enables the docs.yml workflow to trigger on push to master branch, deploying docs with a dev alias instead of PR-specific aliases.

Changes:

• Uncommented push trigger for master branch in docs.yml
• Aligned push path filters with pull_request: pyproject.toml, mlflow/**, docs/**, .github/workflows/docs.yml
• Updated "Save alias" step to conditionally set:
  • dev for push events (master deployments)
  • pr-{number} for pull requests
• Used environment variables (EVENT_NAME, PR_NUMBER) to prevent shell injection

No changes to preview-docs.yml - existing logic already handles both alias types correctly (PR-specific steps only run when alias starts with pr-).
