Related Issues/PRs

Start removing managed related docs in the OSS doc:

  • This makes sure users can stay focus on the OSS content without getting distracted by managed related docs that users might not have context about.
  • Add a info box at the top to redirect user to databricks docs if they are actually looking for managed content - this also makes sure we maintain a single source of truth for databricks docs.

No content rewrite is included in this PR as content rewrite will be taken care separately.
More PRs will follow to remove other managed content.

for some reason this was a "link" instead of "doc". This is needed so that "Next" button at the bottom is pointing to the tracing get started page.
