The documentation strings of MLXArray.arange have already used the DocC v6.1+ disambiguation syntax, we may as well replace all short hashes whenever possible for better readability and maintainability.

Given the gardening nature of this issue, we may also fix existing documentation glitches (e.g. dangling references, missing cross-references, etc)
