This PR is enhancing docs to show the use of ChartSpec.Timeout. This is very important whenever the ChartSpec.Wait field is set to true.
All examples of the helm client simply don't work right now as helm is waiting with a default value of ZERO seconds and thus immediately fails any wait operation.
