Add support for the Mobile domain to the Data Sources sidebar.

Provide a brief explanation when all of the associated techniques on a data source page are hidden due to the selected domain. This can occur because the webpage filters out (hides) techniques that don't belong to one of the domains selected on the sidebar. Currently, if all the techniques are filtered out the page just shows the data source summary with a lot of empty space.
