Currently, redirections such as revoked-by are part of the optional --extras flag. This can cause problems since in some cases hyperlinks in the STIX will point to the old (revoked) object page. Without the redirect, these hyperlinks are then broken.

The revocation redirections should be moved from the --extras modules into a part of the main build.
