As a member of the ATT&CK team, I want instances of the ATT&CK website built by users to be visually distinct from the official ATT&CK website at attack.mitre.org.

1. Change the ATT&CK-orange colored header to a different color (probably something grayscale like #303435):
   
   This can be done in the colors file: changing the primary color will change every occurrence of ATT&CK orange (except images and logos) which is the intended replacement.

2. Modify the main page to remove the twitter card. Remove the ATT&CK logo and quick links and instead add a second section (separated by a horizontal line) which states:

   This is a custom instance of the ATT&CK Website built from source code published by ATT&CK on GitHub. It is not affiliated with ATT&CK in any official capacity. The official instance of the ATT&CK website can be found at attack.mitre.org.

   Note: the above disclaimer may change before the v3.0 release.

3. Add a default banner message stating that this is not the official ATT&CK instance:

   This is a custom instance of the ATT&CK Website. The official instance can be found at attack.mitre.org.

4. Remove the twitter and contact link from the site footer. Replace them with a link to attack.mitre.org (labelled attack.mitre.org).
