I’m a technical leader and longtime open-source practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in web development.
As the Director of Web Development at MIT Sloan, I lead the development, maintenance, and growth of the school’s public digital properties, along with the team that supports them.
My interests include modern web development, Drupal, technical leadership, testing, delivery quality, and practical AI adoption. I care a lot about helping teams build better platforms, stronger workflows, and more sustainable ways of working.
I’m also an active public speaker. You can find recordings of past talks and upcoming presentations on my Talks page.
From 2016 to 2020, I hosted the podcast Developing Up, focused on the non-technical side of being a developer and building a strong career in tech.
