Overview

Bumps all midnight-ledger dependencies from release candidate tags (storage-core-1.1.0-rc.1 / hard-fork-test-storage-core-1.1.0-rc.1) to the final released ledger-8.0.2 / hard-fork-test-ledger-8.0.0 tags.
