Updates Season to version 0.6.0: https://github.com/midnightntwrk/season/releases/tag/season-0.6.0

• Removes dependency on midnightntwrk/season-action
• Updates main workflow to remove old assets from [[Unreleased]]
• Added more control over the auto-pr when triggering a release:

  • Can run it with suffix -test if we're happy with a -test version of node making it to dockerhub
