Define checkJSONReport, skillJSONReport, and sub-structs (complianceJSON, okenBudgetJSON, checkItemJSON, mcpJSON, linksJSON, ^[valJSON, schemaJSON) in cmd_check.go to capture all
eadinessReport data for JSON serialization.
