Current Understanding

This task involves building and publishing a Docker image for the ADC runner () with pre-baked waza binary + copilot-cli for fast sandbox boot, as part of #168 (Waza Platform).

Questions for Validation

ADC Platform Dependencies: What's the status of the ADC execution engine itself? Does the core ADC SDK integration (Platform: Wire ADC SDK for actual eval execution #176) need to be complete first?
Registry Target: Where should the image be published? (ACR, Docker Hub, GHCR?)
Image Contents: Besides waza binary and copilot-cli, what else needs to be baked into the image? Runtime versions, dependencies, etc.?
Performance Requirements: Any specific startup time or resource constraints for the sandbox boot?
Testing Strategy: How should we validate that the image works correctly with eval execution?
