The start and stop icons for Padawan seem a bit weird. It's hard for me to notice at a glance that these two timeline event belong together.

Some ideas:

• Use the same icon twice
• Use a task list without a check at the start and with a check at the end
• Introduce a different version of the git-commit icon which has the line only pointing out of the circle on one side (down for start and up for end)

Having a start and end event seems weird to me, I understand that GitHub is doing this and we might want to align, but we could also consider having a better UI/UX. Some ideas:

• Instead of showing the start item, show some Copilot Session In Progress item with the View Session at the end of the timeline when the end event has not been set yet. When the copilot session is received, change the item to Copilot Session Completed
