OK, so there's a pull request that shows up in my "Waiting For My Review" list.
I review it, which results in me either approving it or requesting changes.
I submit the review...and the PR stays in my "Waiting For My Review" list until I refresh the list.

I'd like that step of needing to refresh the list to be removed.
