Steps to Reproduce:

1. I am reviewing a PR and selected the 'show changes since last review'. The author pushed a new commit to the branch and my VSCode review UI auto pulled and refreshed to different files change. This interrupted my review and not sure how to get the previous view back.
2. I had the setting Pull Branch set to prompt and not always so not sure why this refresh occurred without asking.
