Don't require commit message for "Rebase and Merge" #5221

Type: Bug
- Open an issue in this extension
- Select "Rebase and Merge" for merge strategy
- Press "Merge Pull Request" button
As of now, a commit message is required to be input (even though an empty one is sufficient) to merge the PR.
"Rebase and Merge" strategy doesn't need an additional commit and its message unlike the others.
↑ This is unnecessary!

All you have to do is to press the "Confirm rebase and merge" button without writing any text!
