When adding suggestions to PR comments, it is hard to differentiate in the PR description between the original and the suggested change other than seeing the line numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. While reviewing a PR in VSCode, select a line
2. Click the comment button in the left gutter
3. Click the make a suggestion button
4. Fill out the comment with your suggestion, and add it.
5. Submit the review
