Accessibility of "suggest edits" new workflow and documentation #4946

The new process seems to suggest
- click the + sign
- type the suggested edits
- click "make a suggestion"
The documentation does not seem very accessible. I needed visual assistance to understand the required steps. And I can't figure out how to follow these steps with a screen reader enabled.
Am I missing something here?
