Type: Bug

When I am interacting with the Create a PR view (after publishing a new branch), I check the Draft PR checkbox first (a setting to default to draft would be great) but then when I type a description, the Draft PR checkbox reverts back to unchecked. This means almost every time I open a PR intended to be a Draft PR, it pings my team for a review and I have to manually toggle it back to Draft status on Github.com
