When I click the Assignee + button, there's a noticeable delay to quick open opening, as if the extension is doing some loading before showing quick open. Given that quick open supports progress, the best would be to show it immediately and use it to report loading progress.

Funnily enough, the Reviewers + button doesn't have that same lag. Could this be related to the latest changes in that area?
