No error when I don't have permission to push to remote #1299
Description
- Create PR on a repo that I can't push to
- Have a notification that says "Creating Pull Request: Start publishing branch" but no other feedback
- Error in devtools:
rejected promise not handled within 1 second: Failed to execute git {
