This PR fixes #137828
To test, check context menu of a git-controlled resource listed in the SCM view.
Caption should be "Open Containing Folder" on Linux, "Reveal in Finder" on macOS and "Reveal in File Explorer" on Windows. Behaviour is equivalent to using existing "Reveal in Explorer View", then using the existing option on the context menu of the file in Explorer View.
