Summary
Test the new issue reporting flow

Setup
Run the Help: Report Issue command.
(If that still opens the old issue reporter in a new window, manually set the settingissueReporter.wizard.enabled to true, but that shouldn't be necessary since I enabled it already for all internal users)

What to test

  • Taking screenshots from different places in the app (either with the screenshot button in the floating bar or keyboard shortcut Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+S
    • test the tools in the screenshot annotator
  • Recording video attachments
    • on macOS it should show a notification toast that you need to give the app permission when you trigger recording the first time
  • Selecting different targets and bug types
  • Verify that in the preview issue on GitHub it puts all data you input and selected and that the images and videos are uploaded and rendered correctly in the issue preview
  • Using it in the normal VS Code window and in the Agents window
