Broken rendering on macOS after app resumed from idle state #284162
Description
Type: Performance Issue
When I am working in my mac and toggle back to vscode, its bugged screen where half of the things are not showing up, until i hover my mouse to the empty place of grey square area and then it blinks the content of my vscode, and Yes i have restarted my laptop many times.
It has been very frequent these days
