Delegated session inline visibility:

Testing sessions revealed that users often think they are chatting directly with the cloud or background agent inside the local session after delegating, rather than understanding that a separate delegated session has been created. We need to surface delegated agent sessions inline while the user is still in the local session so they can easily see where that work lives. This could be combined with progress streaming to make the delegated session and its state immediately visible.
