Problem

Currently there is a strong lack of awareness that you are able to create custom Agents, this results in longer prompts that need to be created every time. By getting users to learn about Custom Agents, they will be able to start offloading some of the reaccuring work to these custom agents.

The current design has 2 issues.

• There is no indication that custom agents is a feature
• The term "configure" feels like a you will be adjusting pre-existing functionality, not createing anything new

Recomindation

• Create a null state that is in a disabled state that let's a new user realize that there is spaced resperved for custom agents.
• Change the term "configure" to "manage". This aligns with Model Picker, and also has a broader meaning than configure which include adding, removing, and configuring
