Change the default position of Agent Sessions to be next to Chat

Place the Agent Sessions entry point directly next to Chat so the two feel connected. In the current layout, they appear separated and the relationship between them isn’t clear. This is especially confusing when users delegate a session from a local chat, because they don’t know where to go to find and reopen that delegated session.
