Copilot Chat Code Blocks Collapse / Disappear During Scroll #266296

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes besides copilot chat
- VS Code Version: 1.105.0 (OSS Build)
- OS Version: Mac OS
This is an issue that occurs when a conversation has a lot of code blocks(>100). While scrolling through the conversation the code blocks will shrink and become invisible.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Load(or create) a copilot chat conversation with >100 code blocks
- Scroll up and down the conversation(top to bottom and bottom to top a few times)
