Testing #258363

This message blocks the chat experience and gets quite annoying:

Sometimes the MCP server gets logged out and wants to login again, even if I don't want to use the MCP server.

When I click "cancel" and reload the window and want to use the agent mode again, the message shows again.

I suggest to use async notifications instead (even if that means that chat doesn't have the authenticated tools list immediately).
