There are a few places in the add context quick where placeholder text should be updated/polished:

• In "Files & Folders..." sub menu, placeholder text should be updated to be "Search file or folder by name" (add "file")
• In "Instructions..." sub menu, the "New instructions file..." menu item should be changed to "Create new instruction file..." (remove plural and add "create")
  • When create instruction menu item is clicked, placeholder text of next sub menu should be "Select a location to create the instruction file in..." (remove plural)
• In "Problems..." sub menu, placeholder text should be updated to be "Select a problem to attach" (switch "pick" for "select" and remove ellipsis since this is the final sub menu)
