A regular chat response is read out loud very well.

A tool confirmation response is very sparse and doesn't even indicate what options the user has. The user has to somehow focus the entire message (which is impossible to with using Tab or Shift Tab) to be told to open the accessible area, which might have more information.

Ideally, the user would be read aloud what they options are, as well as what keyboard shortcuts would pick each option.
