The icon could have some indication if all/some/all tools are added so that user knows they might've turned some tools off or something.

The icon could have a single tick at right bottom corner for some tools and double tick for all-tools-attached scenario.

This issue is a bit of a nit perhaps. I don't know yet from experience if users would partially enable tools (though there are definitely use cases when a particular tool isn't really needed for the task). Feel free to close
