Steps to Reproduce:

1. open VSCode 1.99 with local extensions installed and multiple workspace folders and repos
2. open dev tools
   notice console spammed with many many messages

vs that of 1.98.2

vs 1.95

makes it a pain when debugging extensions as I have to wait quite some time until I get a clean console

half those extensions are disabled
why are you trying to load anything from them anyway?

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
