ShellIntegration-bash is not properly escaping windows paths #245260

Type: Bug
With windows device,
Using VSCode insiders,
When (env) is enabled,
And git bash is set as default terminal,
Opening a new terminal dumps the path in an inescaped form in the terminal before >
Subsequent calls e.g. to Git, or anything else on the path fails as the path is not properly set,
It will show you \t or \n in the path it looked for the executable as real tabs or newlines etc.
