Chore: Typo in manual VSIX download progress message printed to user #238844
Description
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
- VS Code Version: 1.96.4
- OS Version: Windows 11 Enterprise, 23H2
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to install an extension
- Click on small cog icon, to the right of "Install"
- Click "Download VSIX"
- Observe notification that pops up has a typo and reads "Downlading VSIX"
