Since the beginning we use 1024x768 by default for VS Code windows and 800x600 for floating editor windows. With the introduction of the secondary side bar, we never revisited that decision.

We increase the defaults to:

• 1200x800 for VS Code windows
• 1024768` for floating editor windows
