Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.95.3
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click CTRL+SHIFT+P.
2. Type and open Preferences: Open Default Settings (JSON) to open defaultSettings.json` file.
3. Scroll to the lines 18-23 and look for a table which is not aligned.

Expected result:
For a consistency the table should be as aligned as possible keeping in mind that UTF-8 characters may harden this thing a little.
