[Accessibility] Use more descriptive command names in merging editor #227842

From blind user's perspective, it is hard to understand what the following commands are supposed to do:

"Merge Editor: Accept All Changes from Left"

"Merge Editor: Accept All Changes from Right"
Instead of using "left" and "right", please use more descriptive and explicit command names, such as "incoming" or "current."
