Steps to Reproduce:

1. On a remote linux machine change remote.autoForwardPortsSource in machine setting.json e.g."process"
2. Connect to remote machine using vscode
3. Try running some command that exposes a port
4. 🐛 sometimes no ports is detected and autoforwarded
