Description

Ctrl+Shift+F provides a really accessible keyboard navigation model
from and to between search input and search result via Ctrl+DownArrow and Ctrl+UpArrow.
It would be great if this navigation could be generalized across all similar widgets in VSCode, such as Keybaord Shortcut (Ctrl+K, Ctrl+S), Problem View (Ctrl+Shift+M), Extension (Ctrl+Shift+X), etc.
I have noticed that Ctrl+DownArrow works in most time, but Ctrl+UpArrow is only supported in some views.
