`code-insiders tunnel service install` message should use `code-insiders`

- Have a VSCode desktop insiders install
- in the Command prompt run `code-insiders tunnel service install`
Message is printed

should be  `code-insiders tunnel service log` and `code-insiders tunnel service uninstall`
