Create Issue

Note: This can be tested with any extension that provides comments, but the following steps assume that you want to test with the pre-release version of GitHub Pull Requests and Issues. If you want to test with another extension you can skip to step 3.

1. Open a folder with a GitHub repository that contains at least one PR.
2. Make a PR comment in one of the files in the PR.
3. Verify that toggling a comment between resolve and unresolved updates the badge on the Comments view.
4. Verify that the badge is correct upon reload (likely after some delay as the extension is activated).
