Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Jupyter extension
2. Open settings UI and search for auto lock groups
3. Check 'Interactive' options and save settings
4. Open a text editor
5. Create Interactive Window. (Expected: window opens to the right in a new group and the group is locked. Actual: window opens to the right in a new group and the group is not locked)
