I often configure JSON files and then what to paste them into the launch.json file. However, on Windows back slashes are used and iI have to search and replace the back slash with forwards slash in order to still have a valid JSON file. So it would be nice if it would be possible to configure the slash used when copying a path.

I saw, that now for some time this feature exists for relative paths. So I looked at the code and it seems that only a few code changes would be needed in order to enable the feature I need.
