Steps to Reproduce:

When typing out commands using the integrated terminal using git-bash ("terminal.integrated.shell.windows": "C:\Program Files\Git\bin\bash.exe"), sometimes letters aren't included in the actual command even though they're on the screen. I'm unable to reproduce it every time, but it usually occurs when I press backspace quickly and retype something. I'm running windows in a VM on macOS if that matters. In the first screenshot it dropped the 'a' from 'auth' and in the second screenshot it dropped the 'u' from 'checkout'
