The cursor can't move in the Ruby irb Mode in the Integrated Terminal #14577

- Extensions: austin.code-gnu-global-0.2.1, ms-vscode.cpptools-0.9.2
Ruby version is 2.2.5
In the Integrated Terminal,The cursor can move in the normal terminal , but can't when entered the irb!
PS:It actually works when calling irb on the normal cmd.exe
