Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run server and Install vim extension ./scripts/code-server.sh --without-connection-token --install-extension vscodevim.vim --start-server
2. Open browser
3. Open running extensions editor
4. 🐛 observe it shows vim extension is running on remote instead of web worker
